These bowls are perfect for having soup. The size isn't too big making it perfect for kids. It's microwave safe, but they can become hot if microwave too long like 3 minutes up.

Nice sized bowls for cereal or ice cream, anything where you want more than a sample but not too much. They are nice looking, particularly if you have open cabinets or shelving. The are dishwasher and microwave safe. I am happy I purchased them.

With significant other and I have begun replacing the dinnerware in our house and came across this set of cereal bowls. They are a great size for justice about any meal and not just soup or cereal. We also use them for other things and the fact that they are different colors makes for an even more attractive kitchen and dinner area. At first she was not happy that I ordered these but when she saw them everything changed and she told me she was glad that I had not listened to her that time.

These ceramic ice cream bowls are absolutely stunning! The vibrant hand-painted gradient patterns with their rich colors and unique black spots really make them stand out. Plus, the quality of the ceramic is fantastic, and they look beautiful on the table. I think they’d make a great gift too, and I’m planning to get a set for a friend’s housewarming. These bowls are a bit smaller than I thought they would be and hold about 20oz, but are advertised to hold about 24 oz. They’re a good size for an average bowl of soup or cereal and milk, but I like to have a huge pho-bowl size of cereal for breakfast so I probably wouldn’t use it for that. I like that these are microwave safe, and (supposedly, haven’t tested it yet!) also oven and freezer safe. They arrived undamaged so I think the packaging was done well. I’ve had so many ceramic items arrive cracked or shattered, so kudos to this company for doing it right. The swirl pattern in different colors is on the inside and the outside of the bowl, and is cute but still adult enough to be used with company, unlike some of my other cutesy, kiddy dishes which my friends have teased me for lol. The ceramic is smooth and easy to hand-wash. Overall a good set of bowls, but be advised that they aren’t as large as advertised.
