Definitely an amazing product and must have if you have a car hauler trailer.. the only issue is they are short in length. Love the storage bag.

The protective sleeves are not in the right spot. They are not as pictured and need to be removed before using the ratchet. They should be between the two hooks but instead are on the free end of the straps.

Seems to have good quality bit for some reason the protective sleeve is not where it needs to be in the axle strap area. Instead the put it on the part the ratcheting section just to bind up. Could have been 100% happy if the company went just a little farther.
