First of all, the customer service on my order was top notch. During shipment, one of the bushings got lodged under a tire and worked it's way partly out of the package (Not lost but some damage). I had a couple other questions because the parts list wasn't exact for what the included exploded parts diagram showed. They were incredibly responsive, and immediately sent a replacement bushing. Extremely impressed with the customer service.The parts: Everything looks great. I won't be able to install these for another couple weeks due to travel but everything looks to be good quality. I checked around with some shops before buying to ask about them and everyone said they are the best bang for the buck and haven't had any issues with them. To get a complete set for $1100 is pretty great. I'll update this post with additional information after the install and ride.Shipping box was a stout cardboard box, banded and with a lid, more than sufficient for the task. Nobody can anticipate a random act in transit. Maybe they can tape the smaller bags to the wheels to get them off the bottom. Regardless, everything else was perfect and I've already received the replacement bushing.
