CAUTION I have 17”wheels and after install the lower tie rod thread was in contact with the wheel. I source some shorter thread tierods but still was touching the wheel. Once installed, I had to cut the thread and the nut for minimal clearance.So the rating is based not on the quality of the item, but the item description, which states that you must have 17” wheels for clearance. Well I have the 17” wheels and still had to McGyver the tienes toda for clearance.

I have a 2001 tahoe 4wd. I ordered a set of 2" drop spindles that were capable with 2wd 4wd Awd. I ordered the correct year and put it together and found out that my upper and lower ball joints and my tie rod ends did not fit the spindles. The holes on the spindles are to big and will not work.
