The wrist wraps and lifting straps are great. All three have thick material, durable and lasts a long time! Highly recommend! They hold up after over a year of daily use. The Velcro is kinda fraying the fabric a little now but it’s to be expected as things wear and tear with time. This was a great starter bundle, especially if you aren’t sure what you’re looking for yet. I don’t care for the knee wraps. I prefer knee sleeves so I wish they had come with those instead but they’re fine for what they are. This may be a Bit nitpick as well, but I wish the knee wraps were just solid black or something The stripes are ugly and call too much attention.Overall great quality tho. Highly recommend!

Pros:- the knee wraps are easy to use and help me feel more confident. They are comfortable too.The wrist wraps are great and help support my wrist well- lifting straps are padded on the backhand side which makes them way more comfortable to useCons:- not a fan of the loops on the wrist wraps. I prefer the glove/wrist wrap combos

I was looking for some new knee wraps and came across this kit. Great kit. The knee wraps work perfect, wrist wraps too. Lifting straps are as good as any others I’ve tried. All in all I’m really happy with this kit. All you need to add is a decent belt and you’ll be hitting PR’s in no time. Great kit for the beginner lifter to get started or if you’re looking to replace what you’ve worn out. Great kit for the money.

The wrist straps are fantastic- they fit well and hold snug. Haven’t tried the knee wraps yet- they are super long and should fit legs of most any size. The elasticity of all the straps is good quality and has held up for a month of solid lifting. The wrap wrist straps- the band style- are a bit tough to get adjusted correctly but hold well overall.

The product arrived on time undamaged. Inside the box it contained wrist wraps and knee wraps. The wrist wraps are comfortable and are able to support a lot of weight. They're easy to use and store. The knee wraps are not as comfortable and the velcro strip on the side is too small which makes it difficult to properly use. The product met my expectations, everything except the knee wraps was perfect.
