I own three of these: two with the shiny finish and one in the black finish. None disappoint. I chose the electric-insulated style because I work with electricity every day. Why not spend a few extra bucks to be on the safe side? Sure, they are expensive, but the features and quality make other locking look primitive.

I have not used them yet but built very nice made in Germany. I added them to my electrical bag. They are there if I need them.
