Great quality, sturdy and completely non stick. Have only used a few times but as a working chef I know this is going to hold up well. Pan is for home use on gas stovetop.

I got the pan because it has stainless steel outside!I was hoping that it heated up good and cooked evenly.I only cooked some bacon in the pan and it did heat nicely and cooked evenly.The non stick surface was good! I’m just hoping that the ceramic coating doesn’t have contaminants in that aren’t good for People. I know it says it doesn’t have any of the normal teflon forever chemicals in it.I just wonder if the ceramic coating has any contaminants in it that aren’t good for me.I don’t want to find out 5 years from now it’s bad for people.

This is an excellent non stick pan. Much better than other non stick that I own, including ceramic coated ones. It heats evenly and nothing sticks to it. I even fried eggs in it with no spray, butter,water, nothing at all, just the pan and the eggs. They slid right out. I use it for about everything now. Stirfry, sauces etc. The only thing I wish is that it came with a lid. I don't have anything that fits it but I make due with no lid. It heats fast and evenly so I can cook at a lower temperature, it is very efficient.I had never heard of this brand until now and wanted to try this pan since I have been disappointed with non stick before. They don't say what the coating is but do say it is non toxic, is PFA free I googled the company and they made it sound as if the pans were made in Germany, it is a German company. However, the lable on the box states that the pan is made in China. That doesn't make it a bad thing, just putting that info out in case it makes a difference to you. The pan cleans up very easily with just hot water and is dishwasher safe. I really like it a lot, 5 stars!!

I’ve been using this steel pan, and while it cooks food well, the handle gets extremely hot. After a while, it becomes impossible to hold without oven mitts, which is frustrating. The pan itself is nice and durable, but the handle heating up is a downside which I don’t like.

This material, I do not understand. I'll be honest. However, the non stick marbled Procalon coating is truly non-stick, just as good as ceramic if not better than ceramic coating and to be honest Caraway pans have been my go to Ceramic coating cookware for over a year now. I may have to switch because these pans are godly and solid stainless steel so they can be utilized at higher than medium/medium high heat without damage! Absolutely fantastic non-stick coating that's 10x stronger than Teflon/PFOA/PFOE and several times stronger than Ceramic so they claim.Time will tell! But for now, this is my main saute pan!

I’ve been using this pan everyday for breakfast and so far it has exceeded my expectations. Food doesn’t stick, cooks throughly. It is also pretty easy to clean. I think the heat is distributed very well throughout the surface. Definitely worth the price and a nice addition to the kitchen tools.
