Perfect fit, has the right bracket for the Lazer Z AS with CH23. Much quieter that the leaky old muffler and the engine now starts and runs better with proper back pressure.It does put the output to the left side (starter side), which for this mower is opposite from stock, however on a stock mower this is no issue.I'd highly recommend buying studs as well. This only comes with the nuts, but the studs will often not be in the greatest of shape. I made mine work but if I have to take the muffler off again to do any work I'll need to have new studs ready.

part fits the engine fine, but outlet pipe positioned wrong and burns battery box and plastic lid. Poor quality part. Store will not exchange it.Don't buy from this store. they suck!
