When all you need is a new tank and parts order it all assembled. Comes complete except for a new water line. Literally 3 bolts and hook up the water line. Works perfect and super easy to install

My wax ring decided to leak after the t screw popped out of the mounting ring so I decided to short cut (yep bad idea) and try and get away with not draining the tank, leaning it over at a 45 degree angle. Well you guessed it, it slid and broke the tank into a billion small shards and a large pool of water from the tank. Well after I got everything else repaired, I had to wait for this to arrive but it went on in 5 minutes and no leaks. The price was right and arrived in one piece thankfully.

Loved how easy it was to install. Beats putting together a flush and fill valve assembly. I liked how the fill valve was installed for you.

After the original delivery contained a damaged product, the supplier exchanged and this delivery was perfect other than UPS delivering to my neighbors house instead of mine. Took me about 30 min or less to install.

The first order came cracked. However, I was able to return and a second one was shipped. It took awhile to get the second one, but thankfully it wasn't broken and it was packaged better. The tank functions as it should and was exactly the replacement I needed.

This arrived free and clear of any damage. I was pleasantly surprised when I open it and all the insides were included. I may have over read it, but it was completely included, which was perfect and made for an easier complete set up (if you need a new tank). Other tanks were highly priced and did not include the insides of the toilet. I highly recommend this product.

I'm sure the product would have been very nice but it came in pieces. I just took a refund as I'm worried this will keep happening and I'll pay a bit extra to get a tank now and in one piece. Nowhere in the outer box was the where fragile, handle with care, this side up, nothing. The inner box seemed supported well but the tank was loose in there box so I imagine it got jostled or tipped and just, well see image.
