I love this chai! It’s easy to prepare and tastes so good. I unfortunately am quite sensitive to caffeine and the regular formulation makes me feel unwell. I was so happy a decaf version exists. I can’t really taste a difference from the original.

Delicious!!! I do add Star Anise as a personal preference. Love the decaf option!!!!!

I couldn’t get past the first sip. For me, it tastes like licking a tree. The aftertaste was awful and I put honey in my tea. I don’t taste the spices that are supposed to be prominent.

It's quite pricey, but I like the taste. I decided not to follow the recipe on the back because it seemed like the milk proportion was too much. I used 3 tsp chai mix, 1 cup water, 1/4 cup milk, and 1 tsp sugar. That was perfect for me, and as close as I got to the chai I had in London. Never had chai from India though, so I can't speak to how similar it is from there.I'm not sure it's entirely decaf. I drank it around 9pm and couldn't sleep. It's currently 4am as I'm writing this.But overall, pretty good.

I had the regular masala chai, but one of my best friends can’t have caffeine, but he loves chai. I typically don’t like decaf products. However, this was amazing and I couldn’t tell the difference between the decaf and regular. Perfection! If you’re a chai fan, I highly recommend this product! You won’t be disappointed!!

I have tried a lot of chai some are too weak, some are too clove or anise tasting and premixes are just way too sweet!. When you follow the directions precisely this is the perfect chai and I can sweeten how I like! This decaf is perfect as a nightly treat when I crave desserts.

So I usually make chai with kenyan loose leaf tea. I have my spices and such. I do agree the spices make for a superior tea and single source is the best. However, kenyan doesn't come in decaf. So after much thought (read agonizing about the indecent price, and unknown quality) decided to try this, the price is just too high though. After I recieved it, I was in shock, it was a tiny package, these people are trolling us. Another issue I had is the cardamom pods are broken up so there's a lot of husks further bulking the tea up with, basically garbage. I put it in a medium spice jar with a sealed top. A small mason jar would be ok too. Their packaging is not user friendly. It's a flat ziplock pack. It's easier to portion off spoonfuls out of a jar or tin. When I made it, it was pretty good. It wasn't superior to my other tea, but I did enjoy my morning cuppa after a night shift. Sadly I won't be purchasing this one again. My hunt for a quality decaf tea resumes. If you are a daily, experienced chai consumer, this won't do it for you. It's probably ok for a chai tourist though.
