I make smoked siracha sauce. To do that, I have to have something that will contain, but allow the smoke to drift through my pile of Fresno and Jalapeno peppers. This does the trick and the peppers will never fall through the grates in my smoker.

This basket fits nicely on our grill, for veggies or seafood. Easy to clean also.

Vegies, shrimp, small chicken parts etc. -- all fit easily in the "basket" and keep the food from falling through or sticking to the grill. Also works well to keep food warm that has been grilled but not yet ready to be served. Probably not necessary but I sprayed the basket with Pam to ensure a no stick surface..

Cooks well as you would expect any basket to, but.....It's the durability. I'm impressed. We BBQ often (think 3-4x week) and this has outlasted two sets of BBQ grates.

I use this often on a grill over my fire pit. Soo very cool. It works amazingly well at grilling a pan of vegetables. We absolutely love it. No scar marks. Cleans so easily. I spray it with a little oil before putting the veggies in it, set it on the grill over the fire (not down in the fire). I let the flames just touch the pan occasionally. Stir the veggies occasionally and they are cooked to perfection. Then just a little dish soap n water to clean it and it looks like new. I would definitely buy it again. Love it!!! Even for a fire pit! Thank you!!!

Finally figured out the perfect veggie griller on bbq.Tip: put veggies in a large ziplock bag, put olive oil and salt and pepper in bag. Shake really well to coat all veggies, then put in grill basket. Best way to evenly cost veggies and not get veggies stuck on grill basket. This technique makes the veggies taste amazing and EASY to clean basket. I put my grill basket on a cookie sheet when bringing to and from grill so oil does not drip on floor.

This was perfect for the first couple of times we used it. Took extra care to soak it before cleaning etc. We used it on a charcoal barbecue for cooking veggies and sausages. It's about 2-3 inches above the coals on our barbecue. It's a great design in that nothing falls through, however in use everything sticks even if you oil it. We have used it 4 times now and unfortunately the coating is coming off in areas. A shame because I did loads of research before purchasing this one.

Love this item when grilling veggies- it’s nice not to lose any through the grates! The material conducts heat evenly and cooks veggies well. Don’t spray it with any Pam or oil sprays- just toss your veggies in a little olive oil (I used salt and pepper and herbs too) and then let them cook.Stir veggies now and then so they all can come into contact with the side or bottom and get a little crispier.Soaked in hot water and blue dawn and cleaned easily with a soft sponge. Also dishwasher safe.

I was hesitant bc of the bad reviews of the other brands until I found this one - it's EXACTLY as advertised. Use it twice a week for 2 months now, and it looks like new when washed. No rust, no wear, no chipping. Great for veggies to reduce usage of aluminum foil and keep the grill clean - nothing spills out. I will use one of these every grill day for the foreseeable future.
