The product is beautiful, but there is a big but. The lettering arrived crumbled & bent & it was impossible to adhere to any surface.I hated returning this product & the 2nd shipment arrived in the same manner.

It did not come as advertised. My package did not include the same number of elements nor match the online picture or description. It had less Christmas bulbs, smaller letters, and no wreath shown at top. Yet, it still made me smile.

This arrived in an envelope and when I pulled it out it was all bent up. It wont even lay flat on my fridge. I very seriously doubt it will stay on my garage door. I am very disappointed. I’m hoping the pieces that aren’t bent up will be ok but will only know when I put them up.
