Just received this to go with my new kitchen quartzite counter tops. Easy to put together and seems stable. Only drawback is there are hardly any darker grains and entirely white. It`s looking like cheaper, white sandstone.

Absolutely love it! Heavy, beautiful white marble, not dull but sparkling! And yes, you can use just one hand! Highly recommended!

This product arrived broken. (Please see picture above.) The granite is gorgeous but unusable under these conditions. I will be seeking a refund based on the fact that other resent orders had to be returned.

I’ve got a couple of these that are ok, this one is SOLID and heavy, real granite. The base diameter is extra large for high capacity paper towel rolls Just as it should be. It’s also very good looking for the kitchen, as much as this matters for a paper towel holder…it does make a difference. Lastly the rod is long enough to be above the edge of the paper towel roll, so you can pick it up and move it easier. Good design.

Beautiful & heavy. It's so heavy we don't have to hold the paper towel roll anymore while pulling one off the roll. The first shipment came with a broken shaft but Amazon shipped a replacement so fast it arrived the next day & the replacement was undamaged. Easy to assemble, just screw the shaft into the base. Materials included. Great value

I am giving 5 stars based on the awesome customer service that I received from Koville.I purchased the Namibia Africa Paper Towel Holder back in April. I started to use it the end of June. By mid August, I noticed that the part that holds the paper towels was getting wobbly. I took the paper towels off the holder and saw it was cracked at the bottom. I was very surprised because the product seemed very sturdy and it was never dropped or moved once placed on the counter. I contacted Koville and they immediately responded and offered to send me a new paper towel holder. They were out of stock of the original one that I purchased, so I chose the Grigio Fantasy version as a replacement and I absolutely love it! I don’t expect to have any problems with it and am so happy that Koville stands behind their products and is committed to customer satisfaction.
