I got this mit for my son and husband. My son is nine and plays baseball for two seasons out of the year and absolutely loves it! I got this mit and ball for them to use at home for practice. It fits both their hands well and is thin enough to be comfortable and easy to use.

I feel as though it *does* need a little breaking in but if this is an entry level glove for you, you're not likely to notice (or even understand).For a glove that's the same price as my 6 year old's, it's hard to go wrong here.I went ahead & removed the branded patch on the glove with a seam ripper (why do companies with little or no brand equity insist on slapping their branding on products).If you get a few years out of this, consider it a win.4/5

I was a little worried, reading some of the other reviews, but it’s perfect and great for practice! Good price for glove. Especially me being a parent I don’t plan on being on the field, I’m not trying to break the bank the gloves that she wears.
