Stick has weight to it which helps in creating a divot or stiring for pour overs. It's on the longer side, so no need to get too close to a hot brewer. Very easy to clean and use.

I do not find myself using this much for pour over. But boy has this been helpful for french press brewing! Must have tool for the french press lovers.

I purchased this brew stick to use with my Chemex to give the grounds a little swirl after blooming. I love anything that is simple and elegant and this brew stick is certainly that. It is a slim, solid tool with just enough etching on the handle to ensure it doesn't slip from your fingers. I thought the blackened steel was unique and it is really lovely in person. Would definitely recommend.

It works for syphon, v60, or aeropress. Almost a must have for all home brewers. Super easy 5o clean. The only complaint is that it’s slightly more expansive than the official price
