I would recommend a size bigger than normal. I purchased a medium and a large. The medium should have been a little bit big however it ended up fitting a little bit small. I gave it away and used the large. I was planning on having to cut the large one but it actually fit perfectly.It is way better than the Blackhawk belt that I normally purchase. More comfortable and just a better feel overall. Velcro is definitely stronger.My guess these are sized to China? Usually clothing made in China is smaller than US standard. I don't know if they are made there but they seem small

UPDATE 5/11/22: The seller contacted me right away with questions about the defective belt. After sending pictures of the defects. The seller responded quickly and remedied the issue I had. Happy customer!-----------------------This belt appeared to be of decent quality but after a month it is falling apart! Strings everywhere! Let’s see if it will last another month. Disappointing...

Been wearing this belt nonstop. You will have to flame all the edges to seal it up or it will fray apart quickly. Otherwise works as intended. I do not use it as an inner gun belt but it seems no different than higher end ones to me.
