Came well-packaged in styrofoam. Guitar just needs to be tuned. Sounds okay with the manufacturers' strings, but I'll probably buy some from the guitar store. I probably need to intonate and oil the fretboard as well. If you are a beginner, it's a good strat for the price. It's light, and the body is slightly contoured. However, the volume knob slightly gets in the way of palm muting, chugging and sometimes strumming.

The tuners are really sucky! If you replace the tuners, you'll have a decent beginners guitar. I got it just for modding -- keeping the neck and body (skulls look cool!). The fret work, action and intonation were, surprisingly good! The photos didn't show any branding, but what I got was branded as Glarry. I give it 4 stars, for my purposes, at the price point.

If you look closely you see some sloppy work but the overall look is vary nice . much lighter then expected and sounds great. I got this to replace a Yamaha i gave to my daughter thinking it was a step down but was pleasantly surprised. Add says ktaxon but its branded Glarry i dont know what thats about.

You can’t go wrong with a cool ass guitar. Great design. These type of guitars are no named some damaged that easily be fixed. They sound great look great and the price is awesome.

Controls work as expected. The finish is just beautiful. It arrived in great shape completely encircled with styrofoam sheets. The vendor shipped the guitar and provided UPS tracking, and it arrived on time. For the money, a good guitar. Strings sound good. Not sure what brand the strings are, but they do sound good. Not sure about the keywind tuners, but reasonably easy to tune. I am delighted with the build quality of the guitar.
