It works and is quite nice, however, I did have problems and need to return it twice but the company was quick to help and replace it. Even before I had return the one not functioning correctly. They probably would have refunded fast if I choose that option but my grandson really liked this one. I have to be honest and say I do too. The size and shape is different for most ps4 controls and it fits the hand nicely. The costumer service is fantastic and willingness to make it right was refreshing. It is a good quality build but it is technology so sometimes we get one that glitches and need to be fix/replace.

It is very nice. Same battery life and nice decorative buttons. Although if you are used to the standard placement of buttons, just know that the options and share buttons are UNDER the touch panel. I often find myself touching a blank space for the options button😂. The surface and texture is smooth to the touch, so if your hands are already greasy or lotioned up, you might drop the controller during a serious gaming session. It is still a good product. Took my money for something that doesn’t even work. It was a gift and it didn’t even work. I highly upset. I could have brought a real PS4 remote if I was going to spend money on something that’s not even good quality. Why are they even still advertising this crap.
