I could not be happier with this purchase! Not only did it arrive early but they literally thought of everything I would need or want. The instructions were clear and it was very straightforward to assemble. It takes time but if you review the instructions beforehand and make note of the different sized screws, one person can do it all on their own. The framework and material are well made and I really like that it is lightweight yet sturdy so it is easy to move around. The feet have levels for uneven ground, they provide clips to keep adjacent seats connected, and the cushions have Velcro and ties to keep them in place. The height is perfect, it is comfy to sit and lay on, and it looks awesome! I did quite a bit of research on similar items by reading reviews and comparing prices before pulling the trigger on this one, and am very pleased. I highly recommend this product and company.

Seat cushions are Comfortable, looks great. Exact measurements. Sturdy. Looking at other outdoor sectionals I thought it was a very good deal.ConsCame in 3 boxes over a week or more. Directions were not the best. May benefit from using your own tools. Will take approx 2-3 hours to put together. Will need throw pillows. Back cushions are a little weak.

This set is big, sturdy and came with a lot of extra pieces if needed, right down to a roll of the rattan in case some area needs to be replaced, plus extra feet. The bottom cushions are held on by Velcro, a nice added touch. They’re firm and substantial. Not wild about the material as it is a slicker material. The throw pillows I bought separately are slick material too so they don’t want to stay sitting up. Prob made with this material to help with outside wear and tear. Now on to the cushion backs…I literally kept them out to fluff on their own for well over a week. There’s just simply not enough stuffing in the back cushions. I took out the bag inside each, bought 4 $6 standard pillows from target cut open the pillows, pulled out it’s stuffing and stuffed each one a lot more. Folded the end down and shoved them back inside the backs. They’re perfect now. The really nice detail is that these back cushions are tied onto the back of each chair. So no worrying with cushions falling off or shifting too much, at least not now that they’re stuffed full in the back. My set will not get weather as it is under a section of patio that is covered. This set took us about one and a half hrs to two hours to put together (using a battery operated screw driver) and we are much happier with the extra stuffing inside the backs. Obviously, this will cause a problem for anyone trying to return them to cut anything. So don’t plan on returning them if you do. The only thing we haven’t done yet is put on the pieces to connect them but after reading other reviews we will boil them first to ensure no issues. Oh, lastly, we ordered the turquoise color and it’s really bright and beautiful. We also have two small black dogs and there is no hiding the hair on these. Just keep a lint roller nearby. Otherwise we are happy with the attention to detail on this set. The pros outweigh the cons for the money on this set. Side note, the first pic was without the extra stuffing in the back and second pic is with.

Assembly was very easy with one exception. There is no instruction on how to attach the clips that hold the modular sections together to form the sofa. I was unable to attach them after assembly.One small back cushion cover for the corner seat section was missing from the kit. Upon notification a replacement was sent. The replacement included the small cover as well as a cover for a larger back cushion and a seat cushion cover. I was very pleased with the speed of the replacement and that even though I'd specified the missing piece, one of each size was sent. Excellent customer service for this recovery effort.Once assembled, the furniture looks great and is comfortable to sit on. It also seems very sturdy considering its light weight.

This 6 piece set is absolutely beautiful!! I have been looking for months trying to find furniture for our small patio by the pool, and this set is not only the right size, but so comfy and very nice quality, especially for the price! Took a little while to put it together, but pretty straightforward and all pieces needed were there. There was a small stain on one of the cushions, so I emailed customer service right away and received a response within 24 hours saying they would send a replacement cover right out. We received it very quickly! So impressed with how polite and quick to resolve the issue they were!! Really appreciate great service like that! We had a bad storm last night and I love that the cushions didn't fly off, because they are very secure and held on by velcro and ties. It rained hard during this storm, and although the cushions were wet, it seemed to just puddle on top and not soak in. They were completely dry within a few hours. We couldn't be happier with this set and hope it last for several years!! The turquoise blue is gorgeous and looks so pretty by the pool! I love vibrant colors, and this sofa is easy to accessorize with colorful pillows, rug, etc. My backyard finally feels complete now!!
