Yes, you can use these spoon for serving but they are cooking spoons. That means that they are thick and sturdy. They can take the heat when cooking. These are great quality, well made, good weight and size. They will last a while. Recommend.

I'm slowly replacing my cheap, black plastic cooking and serving wear with nicer metal options and I'm glad I've added these spoons to the mix.They are a really nice weight - they've got some heft and they feel super sturdy.They are a pretty good size. They are not as large as the black plastic ones I have, but they dished out a dinner for us just fine. If they had a longer handle, that'd be ideal as it might be hard to cook with these, but they're really good for what they are.The design is also nice, they are exactly as pictured on the listing. They cleaned in the dishwasher well.I'm happy!

This set comes with two spoons, one solid and one slotted. They are advertised as Gray Kunz spoons and they do seem very similar. I don’t own the originals though so I can’t do a full comparison. The spoons have a nice weight to them and large surface area on the bowl portion of the spoon. The bowl of the spoon is shiny stainless steel and the handles are more of a brushed appearance. They have gk engraved into the handle.

These are quite nice serving spoons. They are sturdy and seem unlikely to bend. The bowl portion of each spoon is nice and large, but the handle is a bit disproportionally short. When holding the spoon the balance is off - there is substantially more weight at the front end of the spoon and it doesn’t quite feel comfortable in my hand. I do think I’ll adjust to the feel and get good use from these.The spoons come in a box suitable for gift wrapping if you wish to gift these. However, the box mine arrived in was significantly battered and had the appearance of spending significant time on a shelf in a warehouse.

I've been in need of some good serving spoons and these are perfect. They are solid and heavy so will clearly last a long time. They're easy to clean, don't scratch easily, and don't get food stuck to them easily. I plan to have these in my kitchen for many years!
