Looked exactly as pictured. Smooth inside with no threads. Stocking will stretch but cuff does not. So best for small to medium items, but nice cuff keeps it hanging well. I also purchased a set of three so that I ended up with a lovely set of five all with different patterns in the same color palette. Very happy with this purchase!

I knew going in that reviewers said weave inside made it difficult to actually use and function as a stocking and fill with little gifts. The manufacturer must’ve changed something up because the inside of the stockings are absolutely smooth and beautiful. They are a real steal for the money.

Look at other reviews colours for better representation. The green is not washed off yellowish khaki green, it’s a bright green. Buyers beware

Best thing is these knit stockings are smooth on the inside (no snagging yarn) and large enough for a tired Santa to easily fill with small gifts and treats for Christmas morning.

Love the quality, design and size. But disappointed in the green color. Website shows it as light olive green, which is what I wanted. Instead it was a kelly green. I was hoping to match the colors of my previously purchased stockings from this same company. Not the happiest about the green color, but it still looks nice. Wanted to give 5 stars, but only 4, bc of the incorrect color shown on the site.

These are definitely for look more than function. They are absolutely adorable and well made, however the amount of strings and threading on the inside makes it very hard to stuff them with anything bigger than a chapstick tube.

These are so cute and really set the mood in my space for Christmas. I didn't put anything in them, I just used them as décor. I love the traditional Christmas feel

These stockings or GORGEOUS and the price is phenomenal compared to other similar or hand knitted stockings. I’ve been on the hunt for fair isle knit stockings for years and these are perfect! They do have strings inside, but I was aware of that when I bought them and plan to sew in a simple lining. They don’t have a lot of stretch, but they’re the perfect size to fit things in. They coordinate well with the Kurt Adler snowflake stockings, although these don’t have a cuff on the top, which I actually prefer. I even bought extras to have on hand in case one gets lost/wrecked & for potential in-laws. At one point I was thinking of learning to knit just so I can have the stockings I’ve dreamt about, but these are just what I wanted.

Wow! These stockings surpassed my expectations. They are made very well, sturdy and the perfect size. You couldnt get any better than these if you paid triple the cost to have someone make them by hand for you. As other reviews mentioned, there are exposed strings on the inside but that is to be expected with fair isle knitting. I plan on using old sheets to make a liner to go inside. That way the kids dont keep snagging it in their excitement on Christmas mornings. I used plastic canvas and yarn to make initials to hang on each stocking so we knows which stocking belongs to which kid. The photo I uploaded include the 3 matching stockings that are in another listing. I know how to knit, but buying these were so much easier and cheaper than doing it myself. The kids and I are very excited for the beautiful new stockings.
