Upon pulling the nutcracker out of the styrofoam, I noticed the legs were very loose and the straw that makes up the nest is coming off. I'm disappointed that I'm going to have to repair a brand new nutcracker. I'm also going to have to touch up damaged paint. (I will have to find the exact color for that.)I love the glitter and the details. It's really cute. I just with it wasn't slightly damaged and needed repair.

My photos help do justice to this fun decorative sculpture. Love him! So well made from any angle. The three french hens sit in a nest made of a straw-like material.The quality and execution are so good as part of Holly Adler's Hollywood line, I also bought her Drosselmeyer, with little magical figure (holding a small nutcracker soldier,) on the head of the larger figure.
