I ordered this for my husband. We love it! Last year I got him the wooden tabletop carousel with candles. He had grown up with these wooden German decorations so each year we are planning on getting a different one to have our own little wooden Christmas village! I love this one for the old fashioned sounding music box. The lights give off the slightest ambiance. Well made!

It’s stunning and worth every penny. It took me back to a simpler time. Great craftsmanship. I displayed on the ledge between kitchen and living room. I’d buy again.

Our wooden village is so pretty, we love these pieces. We have quite a little town ! But when you have many pieces in place with other decor, trees, deer, etc, turning them all on & off every day is a bit of a chore. And sometimes I knock things over.I wish manufacturers would add the auto on/off timer feature. I'm sure it would not add much to cost, all the mini battery operated light strings have it now, and you can buy those for $5. Sure would be nice to have that, set it once and enjoy.If you only have a couple it wont be an issue, and the pieces are so pretty you will love them.

The well built wooden houses and figurines form a beautiful display next to the television. When it is powered up the warm white light, music and turning pyramid draws everyone to the attention of Christmas.
