I tried 3 of the most popular juicers and the Kuving's by far expressed more juice from the fruits and veggies I used. The pulp comes out literally dry giving you the most juice for your buck.

the juicer seems really great and I would probably give it 4 or 5 stars if all the parts had come with it. After having a lot of trouble using it (the pulp not being separated) and, frankly, doing too much research online, I figured out that I had not received the strainer and I was using the smoothie-strainer (which looks pretty similar) on accident. I will be contacting support and will change my review assuming this gets promptly corrected.

Love this juicer! We’ve had this for a few months and use it several times a week to make fresh cold pressed juice. We especially love making banana “ice cream,” too! (You can find recipes online by searching for ones designed for yonanas machines, and either thaw the frozen-solid banana slices for a few minutes on the counter or microwave for 30 seconds to soften slightly, like we do).Much more quiet than our old Breville centrifugal type juicer, and clean up isn’t a problem once you get the hang of it. I like the cleaning brushes (one nylon, one bristle type and a nifty green contraption that cleans the juicing sceeen). Red color is much more beautiful than expected- it looks deep and richly colored as pictured, but the finish is really high end looking. Before purchasing, I couldn’t really determine the exact color from photos in the manufacturer’s site or online reviews, but I would say it is true to the color shown here. For reference, we have a red Nespresso pixie espresso pod machine, and it coordinates well with that red finish, as well as with dark burgundy and with brighter reds in our kitchen. Somehow, it makes the whole kitchen look more fancy lol. If you are serious about juicing, this is a great alternative to the horizontal masticating juicers, since the vertical auger design of this model takes up less counter space. It handles everything we put through it, but you definitely should chop most things into pieces-leafy veggies like kale, beets, ginger, and peel oranges and lemons. Other than a small amount of prep work (which to be honest, one should do prior to using any machine in order to produce the most juice), it makes juicing a breeze, also, the juice lasts way longer than what my old Breville used to make, so we are very happy with this purchase so far!

OMG!!!!! You must get one of this! What a awesome way to get your veggies!!!!I was supe skeptic because I had one before, huge juicer, super finger in the a** to store and clean and then store again! Was a mess everytime and in three time I was using it, I gave up!THIS ONE??? It took me 5 mins to take it apart, wash it and store it away!It works really really good, the product you makes it's just unbelivable, can't wait to use the gelato/sorbetto tool! And above all there's the noise.... simply no noise!!!Big thumb up!!!

This is a great unit. I've own many centrifugal juicers and this one works just as well and is easy to clean. I think the nice quality is great. My only issue is that it does put some pulp into the juice mix. If you chop up your fruit or veggies it just sucks them right in so very easy to use.

I am a first-time juicer, and after seeing this recommended I decided to give it a try. I absolutely love it! Everything I have tried tastes so intense and flavorful that I look forward to a glass of juice over coffee and even wine!! There's such a big deal made about cleaning these things ... it's nothing! Assembling couldn't be easier! Operation is quiet, the thing looks nice. Why this particular model? The two things that sold me on it were the oversized chute and ease of use. In fact, the chute may be big at the top but it has a prong thing obstructing the lower half (haven't worked out what it's for) so in reality I can't put anything big down there. I do put in unpeeled lemons and limes cut in half and that seems to work. I am amazed at how well stringy veggies, like celery, fennel, parsley, are digested without clogging. I have consumed more vegetables in the last 3 days than in the last 3 months! I was / am worried about losing out on all that fiber but I could add it to stir fries if I wanted to, but I have a feeling that enough still gets into the juice (especially soluble fiber) that I am still ahead of where I was, pre-juicing.Update: After two weeks, I still love this juicer and have learned a few things. Cleaning is OK, but things don't just rinse off. If you put a lot of veggies through, the pulp builds up and makes it messier to deal with (to be fair, the instructions warn you about this). Also, the mesh needs more and more cleaning as you go (I suspect lemon peel is the culprit) unless you are really meticulous every time. And I am surprised how much water you can waste rinsing it off if you'e not careful. If you do use unpeeled citrus, it's best to put it through between two batches of something juicy so that the oily skin doesn't just go round and round for ever. Definitely don't put the lemon in last.I am pleasantly surprised at how good cucumber tastes in juice - definitely my least favorite veggie in its whole form!

After four months of daily use, I am completely sold on this machine. During the first couple of days, it seemed to have too many parts and to be too complicated to put together, take apart, and wash -- but that was just at the very beginning. Now, it completely makes sense, works like a dream, and I can juice a meal from start to finish and have the Kuvings back on the shelf -- all in fifteen minutes. I've never had to stop mid-juice to clear an obstruction or even needed to use the reverse switch. I do chop fruits and vegetables into large chunks and do soak carrots and celery for half an hour before juicing them, as the instructions recommend. The advantage of the large feed tube, for me, is not that I can throw in whole fruits and vegetables, but that I can toss in large, cut up chunks rather than having to feed them into a small opening. That is a big advantage.I had bought a cheaper, centrifugal juicer first and used it for almost a year to see if juicing was something I would stick with. Then I stepped up to the Kuvings, which is a vast, vast improvement over my old centrifugal juicer. It is much more efficient, easier to use, and easier to clean. Rather than having a bin full of wet pulp at the end of the process, I have a much smaller amount of almost dry pulp to dispose of. This is not "one more kitchen gadget," it is the only thing in my kitchen (apart from the coffee maker) that I use every day, and I enjoy using it every day.

The juicer arrived a day earlier than originally quoted. Only had it for a few days, but love it! My only dissapointment is that the parts are not dishwasher safe.

This juicer seems to answer most if not all of an avid juicer's wishlist. I am surprised by the amount of juice it is actually pumping out, especially with green leafy vegetables. The key to getting a good juice yield is to cut the vegetables into inch-cube sizes and to feed them in at the right rate (not too fast). This juicer will run for two hours without overheating. I've had it overheating once. The protections in it prevent motor damage, and within about 15 minutes, it was running again. Cleaning is easy. The masticating approach to juicing preserves the nutrients, unlike the fast shredding alternatives which oxidize and heat the tissue. Quite happy with it.
