Finally a low cost KVM that actually worked for me.I've got my mouse and keyboard plugged in front. DP monitor and leads to Windows 11 and Linux mint machines out the back. Both machines are able to detect the monitor works at 1440p/144Hz. Switching is quite quick, especially for Linux.

Using this with a MacBook Pro M4 and an Asus G16 gaming laptop. 3 monitors working for both, but needed a display link adapter for the MacBookAlso it handles 165hz at 2k and HDR.So far I’m impressed!

Works well, good quality, has a useful wired remote. It does not maintain a dummy signal on the outputs like some other KVMs, so you may have to switch to the computer until it finishes booting, otherwise you may not get a signal thereafter.

Based on my experience with other low cost KVMs I wasn't expecting much - bugs and glitches with displays and/or USB devices, but so far in about 2 months of use this unit has held up nicely. Overall, I can recommend this KVM switch.I'm using the 3 monitor/3 computer combo with 3 computers but only 2 monitors currently, but it's nice to have the option for an additional monitor. I have a lot of USB devices hanging off two Rosonway 7-port USB hubs attached to this KVM unit, plus another Anker hub, and everything works fine. Obviously you're not getting 40 GB/s Thunderbolt 4 speeds through these USB ports, but for any other devices that don't need extreme data transfer speeds they work great. The two monitors I'm using are a Gigabyte M32U over DisplayPort, and an BenQ GW2765 over HDMI. Using with a AMD-based Windows system and a Mac Mini (M4 Pro) and a Mister Pi.About the Mac, I will note that for some reason the USB functionality works better through the Mac mini M4 Pro's front USB ports, which are the slower non-TB5 ports. When connected to the KVM through the rear TB5 ports I would sometimes have USB devices fail to register on the Mac after switching between computers on the KVM switch, but this never happens when using the front ports. This is fine for my use because this KVM switch can't take advantage of the higher speed anyway. Overall, I can recommend this switch.

Product looks and feels well made. It does support 4K out unlike others. So far so good.

I got this product to let me switch between my laptop and Steam Deck for all of my peripherals (keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.), and it works pretty well. It does exactly what it says on the tin: it's a good USB hub and HDMI pass through that lets you swap between two host devices for all the connected peripherals. Setup was pretty straightforward and the ports are all labelled and arranged sensibly. In moment to moment use, everything works smoothly and everything is operating as it should.I'd like to comment that the provided supplies are greatly appreciated. Of course it has a power supply, but two USB cables are included to attach to each host device. Additionally, a small "remote" is included so that you can put the actual device in any spot and still be able to hit the button from a convenient location. There is still a button on the device itself, which is what I use. Notably, no HDMI cables are included, but that is understandable since they are usually more pricey and would drive up the overall cost.I unfortunately have a few minor paper cuts that take this device down to 4 stars: The biggest is that the device does not maintain a "dummy" screen on the device that is not being used. This means the switching action is essentially performing a digitally operated version of yanking the HDMI cable out of the current device and hooking it into the new one. This of course causes some minor chaos with window placement, wallpapers, etc. on my Windows laptop every time I switch. I'm not in the know of how difficult this actually is to implement, but fooling the unused host machine into thinking a monitor is still plugged in is a sorely missed feature.Additionally, the cables are a little cheap feeling. Also, there is an oddly bright, always-on status LED indicating which host device is being used. These last two can be solved by (a) purchasing nicer cables for yourself if you care about that kind of thing and (b) some electrical tape. Just thought it was worth mentioning. All in all, this product will absolutely do the job for a use-case like mine. Everything works swimmingly once the dance of switching monitors is over, and it is indeed much more convenient than plugging in everything myself every time I want to switch devices. Don't let my paper cuts stop you from buying this if you are confident you won't find yourself annoyed by them.

Correction to my previous review. Ensure you connect the USB cables from the KVM to their given computer to use the front USB ports. Learned this the hard way.
