This set of Kwik Goal Coaching Stick Hurdles help you improve your players' leg strength, jumping power, and overall fitness. It can be used for a variety of training exercises, and this set lets you convert a standard set of Kwik Goal's 16B10 Coaching Sticks, 16B15 Universal Coaching Sticks, or 16B22 Premier Coaching Sticks into a hurdle set. Each stick is made of rounded, high-impact plastic and measures one inch in diameter and 30 inches long.

I did not receive any clips in my package for attaching the yellow crossbars...Also my own fault for not noticing that you don't get the blue vertical bars in this deal. (Poor rushed purchase on my part)

Perfect for agility training. It is pretty safe, they stay in place but will come off if kids trip on them, which is what they are supposed to do.
