Great ride quality. KYB is the OEM for my vehicle (2015 Sienna LE). Took me about an hour or so to change both rear shocks. Didn't need to lift the vehicle, though in hindsight it would have been easier if I did.Why three stars? Because the shock didn't come with the hardware pictured. The instructions were also crap. At the very least, they could have pointed to their own website (KYB), which does list torque specs. (22 ft lb for the top nut and 85 ft-lb for the bottom nut on the 2015 Sienna LE FWD, fyi). Not a huge deal because my van is only 10 years old and the existing hardware is still fine. But if you're not going to include the hardware, don't include it in the picture.

OEM/Improved replacement for many Japanese vehicles. This model was a direct fit for my 2005 Sienna.Springs, isolators, and shocks done in 30mins with a lift.Clunks and rattles gone from the rear now. I heavily loaded the rear previously. Poor 19yr old bushings crushed and didn't bounce back.

This was the first time I've purchased a KBY shock and have to say they really made a difference on the ride and handling of our Sienna. Installation was a breeze but I have to confess, I used some of the old upper bushing and washer parts because I preferred the way they were set up and fit. No issues with the shock quality either.

Had these in and out in about 45 minutes. 2004 Toyota Sienna (75K) . Nothing complicated at all. No need to remove your rear wheels. Use car ramps and do the job. My old ones were shot after 70K and my wife drove the vehicle easy after all these years. You tube gives a nice demo, so don't hesitate to watch. Very pleased with the outcome and time will tell.

The shocks work wonderfully. However, the installation instructions are awful. They look like Ikea instructions that have been photocopied 65 times over and are pretty hard to read. I ended up using the previous shock's bushings and hardware, as what came with mine didn't match what was needed and the old stuff was all in great condition, apart from the shocks themselves. Vehicle rides nice and smooth now. Very happy.

Fit perfectly on my 2004 Toyota Sienna. Replace my leaking shocks 1 month ago so can't really tell for durability but they were easy to replace and came with different rubber bushings for top (so they can fit other vehicles I guess). There wasn't bushings that look exactly the same as mine but the bushings on my van where like new so I kept them instead of what was with the new shocks.

These have been on our vehicle for over 6-months, and they are performing as expected. I dropped a star because of the poor instructions. Had I not done other research and watched a Youtube video, I probably would have no idea how to put these on. The illustrations are 1-size fits all, and they are vague and not good. I used to oversee some technical writing, so I have some idea of how this is done, and they need to get better instructions.

Replaced my shocks and struts on a 2006 Toyota Sienna. I compared these to the originals as I do with all the replacement parts I purchase and have been happy with the ride improvements so far. They are just as well built and quality compared to OEM. My vehicle was pushing 100k+ and could see oil (a good indicator they have given up) on my old shocks. My only regret is waiting so long to replace them.I noticed an improvement right away, especially when taking the vehicle on dirt roads or uneven surfaces. They have made the ride much better and returned the vehicle to near new handling.Don't forget to get your alignment checked after installation and always replace in pairs. These are fairly easy to install. I am just a weekend warrior mechanic and I was able to knock this job out in a few hours on all 4 tires.
