Moog parts baby, what is not to love? They fit perfectly! And five stars to Amazon for making these available for a good price for these old cars! Sometimes it's hard to find quality parts for these older cars, as there are so many junk cheap parts available. Amazon makes Moog parts available for a good price.

I installed these on my 2001 Forester S with no issues. This is just the top hat not the spring cup below it. The hat includes the three top bolts, you will need to swap over the center hole's dust cover plug. Perfect fit just like the OEM.

Almost immediately after replacing the struts on my wife's subby legacy outback this popping noise started coming from the front end at various times, but mostly whenever the the front tire(s) would drop suddenly after going over a bump or leaving our driveway (we have about a 1.5" drop from our concrete driveway to the paved road surface). I couldn't figure out where the noise was coming from, especially since the strut mounts appeared to be in good condition when I changed out the struts. After thoroughly inspecting all the front end components multiple times I decided to take a chance on the strut mounts. After a little searching I came across these KYB mounts and decided to go with them.Firstly, replacing the mounts solved my problem. Secondly, after four months of being in service these mounts seem to be holding up well.Side note: These mounts do come with new nuts for securing the mount to the body. They do not come with the strut dust boot as you might think from the picture.Advice: While the strut mount might seem insignificant, it is a crucial component to steering and safety as all vertical forces from the tire are directly transferred through the strut mount. It is basically an upper ball joint.

Ordered Saturday Morning, shipped Monday - _with signature required_ which delayed delivery a full day. Got parts _Thursday_ - from a vendor 90 mi away. I don't think "expedited" bought me anything. Beware the "signature required" gotcha. It was the right part at a good price, except for the 'special' handling. I'd buy from this vendor again, but they've slipped many places on my preference list, and I won't anything I need in a hurry.
