If you have ever lifted a truck and then wondered why that great BIG ol' steering stabilizer ain't doing it's job. It's because you went away from a standard size stabilizer. It does not have to be BIG and aftermarket to control steering shake. This excellent oe style will solve your problem.

I put this on my 2005 Dodge Ram 4x4 5.9... The product is not as beefy as OEM. Fit perfectly..Use a 5ld single jack to hit the old one out....The job took about 30 minutes tops....A positive noticeable difference compared to the oem.

So far, so good. It was time to replace my Steering Stabilizer on my 2003 Dodge 1 Ton Quad Cab Long Bed 4WD. Steering is a little smoother but how the heck do you know if the old one is good. My opinion is 13 years is more than enough time to change. Anyway, I trust KYB and I don't believe I'll have any problems.

Acceptable steering stabilizer.Nothing to complain about.It did not cure my Death-Wobble.I can not knock the product for that because the root cause was found to be a defective NEW track-bar (from O'Reilly Auto Parts) and Rancho RS5000 shocks that were completely worn out after 6 months and were purchased from the same location.O'Reilly Auto Parts did the honorable thing and gave me my money back.If you are trying to cure your Death-Wobble look FIRST at your track-bar and next at your shocks. Any worn steering components contribute to this hazardous condition. Really really bad engineering and testing from Dodge.Only buy this after your D-W is fixed.
