I bought this for a printer that was nearing its maintenance window. I finally had a chance to install the fuser and immediately got a fuser error. Of course it's just outside the return window so now I have an expensive paper weight.

We ordered a Fuser kit and it was defective. I left a message and received a call from USA Printer the next day and was told, "we'll get another one right out" which is the perfect CS response. They emailed a call tag, the new one arrived and worked as expected. Defects happen in all manufacturing, what the company does in response is what's important.
