Update: Seller contacted me and replaced part. It’s nice to have the jeep that my daughter loves back up and running. Fast shipping too!My 5 year old loved the jeep and the music it plays but it all of a sudden started accelerating on its own after cranking which scared her terribly. We did not contact support until the next problem started. The bolt fell out in the steering wheel. This is not something you assemble. It comes assembled. Then we put the bolt back and it was not secure. Maybe cheap? Then it came out again after a few weeks. We pulled the steering wheel out to check it out and the wires were broken. This jeep has not be treated poorly. Only used around the house as the directions mention to do. I contacted support with a response in another language. I asked for English and another response in Chinese. I really want my daughter to ride this jeep but it does not turn or work. Maybe support will see this and help. I do not recommend this product right now.

We purchased this toy car for our kids for Christmas. The car was very easy to put together. After a few months, one of the lock nuts fell off. We reached out to see which lock nut we needed to get to replace it and they reimbursed us for the lock nut. The customer service team went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

This car is pretty awesome. The remote works well and it will go over most obstacles. The only downside it that the steering wheel is in the center of the car making it difficult to have two kids in it.

It's a nice jeep but it's to small for a 5yr old. I purchased this for my nephew for Christmas he's 5 with a small body frame and still could not fit...it's more for toddlers . I was told I would get a refund but unfortunately never received the refund.

I ordered this and realized later we had a problem with the rear light. I worked with the seller and was absolutely stunned at the excellent customer service they provided. Quick replies and a quick remedy. Absolutely recommend this for purchase. And my granddaughter loves it.

Got it for 4 yr old grandson. He absolutely loves it! Older brother likes the remote control option to play with it. Doesn’t stay charged too long but that’s fine. He’d never get out of it!

My grandkid loves it. It’s remote controlled, so safety is not an issue. Spacious and pleasing yo the eyes. It was very easy to assemble too. Very function. Worth the money.
