The instructions are only in some Asian language I can't read.The device works but you still need to hold your bottle with a decent grip.If you have short cap water bottles you will need to adjust how the clamps grab the cap before actually trying to open the bottle.The grabbing part of the device freely swivels to open our close the clamps to adjust to the cap your trying to open or release.

Item comes with instructions in Chinese! All reading other reviews and watching YouTube videos I came to the conclusion that this is a piece of useless junk! Does not work as advertised. The price is overly expensive. I returned it the next day and will go back using my trusty crescent wrench that was made in America..

This product works great for opening most bottles .would recommend I got this for my mother who has arthritis in her hands & shd really likes this product.

This device has been a lifesaver! I don't have the hand strength I used to, and my hands are often wet when I am working in the kitchen. I have various gadgets for opening jars of various sizes, but they are not as effective on smaller bottles. I am trying to drink more water lately, and the Propel bottles in particular I had to get my husband to open.So, skeptical, I decided to try this. I found it easy to use, with the strength to open the bottles easily.The battery case lid was a little tricky to replace, and the batteries themselves were a tight fit, so be sure you press them in firmly. I can't say how long they will last - I just bought it a week ago - but however long they do, I will still use it. The reduction in frustration has already been well worth it.
