This is the SECOND one that I've ordered and both were missing the WRIST STRAP!Product is well made, but NO strap.

Love the color, and the feal of the material.On one side is a zippered compartment, and the other has a strap to keep things inside.This will hold things for me nicely!

I love the teal color of this case. I ordered it for my NELKO thermal printer. It fits perfect in the case...along with the cable for charging and a few rolls of thermal stickers. I have so many thermal prpinters and tape that it is actually nice to keep them in their own case with some tapes. The case is soft sided but it is a firm soft side. The zippered net inside the lid keeps the tapes from flopping aroun. The zipper on it is durable and it has a little plastic tag on the zipper end to make it easy to sip open and closed. I thought the price was a little bit high just for a case so I took off one star. Otherwise everything is great with this case.

Cute and functional design. Good value for the money and durable enough to keep my printer safe. I deducted one star for the color and the zipper being sewn in kind of crooked.The warm pink is quite salmon colored and looks weird with the pink printer. I’m not going to the trouble of returning it.
