I used this coil shock to replace my worn factory shock. I'm a big dude but scoot is life, an adjustable air shock was exactly what I needed. I stiffened mine up a little and the ride is now responsive yet floaty. My tailbone will thank me on my 24 mile commute. (I commute on this scoot every day, in all weather.)My ONLY concern is the extremely light and cheap feeling machined aluminum fork mount. I'm VERY worried about it being brittle but we'll see, it shouldn't have any side loading going on so I'm hopeful! I'd be willing to pay double the price for machined 6062 or 2024 but it is what it is.
