Tumbled Labradorite 1/2 Pound
Labradorite is a relative latecomer to the crystal community, having not been discovered until the 19th century. It is named after the region in Canada where it was first found, although large deposits have since been discovered in Norway. This normally drab colored rock is prized for its iridescence. When the light strikes a piece of labradorite just right, it will flash a brilliant array of blues, greens, oranges, and yellows.
This lot of labradorite comes in a velvet bag. These bags are very handy with keeping your stones together for storage or transport. The velvet gives it an extra layer of protection from damage.

I am amazed at the quality in the lot I received. I had a large portion of them with really brilliant flash. I think only 3-4 pieces did not have any substantial flash but the pieces were still very nice quality and had a lot of subtle sparkle. You get an amazing number of labradorite in the order and each piece is around an inch or larger.

My first order of these I got & I opened them up and they were sealed in a plastic bag, and put inside a velvet pull string bag and it was very few stones, and under weight. So I contacted the company and they sent me a new package. The second package was the stones loose in the velvet bag with no plastic bag. Weird? Idk but all the new stones were gorgeous! For the price I'm soooooo happy most of my stones are beautiful these would be great for making cabochons I took a picture of me tilting a stone so you can see it in 2 different perspectives. I got 23 stones total in my new package and 20 of them are over an inch with the remaining 3 being only .75 inches in case anyone needs to know about the size. I would definitely purchase these again for this price (: great find

Good for the price. A few are very well polished, the rest have lots of potential and flash, but could use another run through a tumbler. I have ordered several lots from this seller and have yet to be disappointed. Good product, you get what you pay for:)
