Vehicle; 99 f350 7.3l diesel. Installed this new fuel/water separator valve in my 7.3L. Cost me 1/3 tank of fuel find the drain valve does not hold in the fuel when fuel pump activates and pressurizes bowl.Also use your original screws, the provided are of poor quality and shallow threads, easily stripped.

Disliked that it leaked, wasn’t leaking out bowl but I still tried tightening it down anyway and ended up striping out the threads in my housing. Ended up putting o rings on the old one and it’s working. No more puddle

Replaced my leaking valve with this new lab work valve.It leaked worse than the valve I was replacing.Also, original valve has TORX head screws and the replacement had Allen Head Screws.
