Everything else is fine except for the fork. The fork is completely different size.

There is no way anyone did quality control on this assembly. The retainer clip that retains the fork is off center, and the rivet holding it is crooked and not fully set. The bearing does not have the bump out to prevent rotation on transmission shaft, and when is installed on the fork, it hits in the throat of the fork, which means it's either not going to work, or the clutch fork when operating will have to bind and slide out to engage the pressure plate. Trash.
