I really like these planters. They look good when installed and we're fairly easy to do so, especially with the included hardware. They hold more water than my other planters which is great. My favorite part is the water level gauge - it makes it so easy to tell when I need to add more water because it's easily visible even with my overhanging flowers.

I love self watering planters, the included gauge takes the guesswork out of watering, the enclosed design prevents a lot of nutrient loss that would otherwise occur through drainage holes, and these ones even have brackets/hardware included. The plastic is decently tough but not remarkable either, these should last with proper care regardless.Be aware, these say 14 inches, but as others have stated, this is not completely accurate when considering the inner liner is where the soil is held. Overall though, the minor sacrifice of space is more than compensated for by tremendously simplifying the watering process.

Conceptually these hanging baskets are great, self watering and attractive minimalistic design. They come with the mounting brackets and hardware to at least in theory mount into wood, masonry or stucco. I haven't yet attempted to install the brackets but the included hardware for multiple applications is a plus. That said, the interior piece of one of the planters in my set was cracked and broken upon arrival although the set was very securely packaged. It's still very usable since none of the damaged piece is visible, but it underscores the quality of the materials overall which is not in my opinion congruent with the price tag. I think if you have a very specific space requiring these exact dimensions these might be worth it, but in general I think they are bit overpriced.

I am guessing I may have received a previously returned item because one of the liners are missing, no directions, screws thrown every where. Very disappointed as I needed this for an event in 3 days. Now I'm on a last minute hunt to find something else.

The design of these is great for outdoors. Hold more water than a conventional planter allowing more time between watering sessions. They work good at delivering water to the roots.They are sturdy, don't bow out in the middle when full.Smaller size makes it easier to place them. You probably want be planting carrots in these. They would be great for herbs and mesclun. Or some flowers.

I mounted these two wall planters on the side fence of our home. I love the bottom watering design. It keeps my herbs growing with very little maintenance. The planters themselves are aesthetically pleasing and built well. Highly recommended, especially for Amazon’s low listed selling price.

Very nice, high-quality planters. Looks as advertised. The plastic is study, and the water reservoir system is very convenient. The reservoir is completely hidden, making the plater look seamless and fancy. There is also a little thermometer looking buoy that measures the water level so you can see if it's dried out. Overall, very neat and pretty.
