From the very first use this product was jammed and missing pieces. Upon inspection there was something already jammed inside and I had to take apart the machine to free someone else’s garbage that they broke the laminator with. This was then returned and sold to me as a ‘new’ product

This laminator heats up quickly and is super easy to use. It's well made, and worth its price. It hasn't jammed on me yet, and I use it often for traveling. I laminate my trip plans, receipts, and agendas.

I thought this laminator was great until I realized it doesn't have an automatic shut-off. I used it one time, and then it stopped working. I would not recommend this brand at all.

For the operation and effectiveness of this laminator I have no complaints. Everything worked as it should, and it laminated flawlessly. The only thing I will point out is this is meant for personal small usage. I say that because it is rather slow, and takes a little bit of time to get to its needed heat and get going. It does have some settings but not a lot and some of the settings are not to the quality as a business laminator. For example there is a cold setting, which traditional is used for thermal paper. As if you use the heated setting the thermal print will just turn grey or black due to heat being applied to the paper. When using this setting I did still have this issue occur to a lesser degree then the heated setting. Yet on my higher end one, this does not happen, and you would not be able to tell that it was thermal paper. So there's just small things like that to point out, incase you are depending on such scenarios, like speed, or using thermal paper. But for someone who's just looking to laminate and isn't doing a mass amount or isn't worried about the speed, then I can highly recommend that this laminator will do the job.

I've wanted a laminator at home forever, especially since having kids so I can do artwork or other things to keep them from getting destroyed. It's compatible with 0.3mm or 0.5mm pouches, and when switching it on you select which thickness of pouch you're doing. I got a big pack of 8.5x11 size 0.3mm pouches, which I've been using on card stock, sticker puzzles, and standard printer paper, all working equally great. The laminator heats up in a few minutes, and the "Ready" light will switch on when it's ready to go. The most I did consecutively was about 10 sheets, and the laminator worked perfectly from start to finish. I also love the corner cutter that comes with it, so you can round out the sharp corners if you have to cut the page after laminating. The last great feature on this laminator is the slide cutter that's on top, for cutting straight lines. It makes so much sense to include a slide cutter, but plenty of laminators don't have one. That being said, it's pretty basic and can get small cut off pieces stuck under the plastic (since it doesn't lift up). So if you do tons of straight cutting you'll still want to use a designated slide cutter, but this is great for a quick cut here and there while laminating. Also, the laminator comes with a handful of smaller, non-standard sized laminating pouches, but I haven't had anything small enough to test those on yet.Overall this has worked great for me at home so far and is easy to store on its own or to put back in the box for more secure storage. It's on the pricier end of home laminators, but it does come with a few features that the more basic ones don't have.

The only laminating I've ever done is with self-laminating sheets that do not require a laminating machine. These work OK, but cost at least 3X as expensive as laminator machine sheets. So I was excited to try this 13-inch thermal laminator from Queceuy Store. Bottom line: This laminator is easy to use, laminates quickly, and produces great results. The laminator machine is about 17 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 3 inches high, so it doesn't require much storage space. I kept the original box and foam spacers to store the laminator safely when not in use.Place the laminator on a flat table with enough clear space in front of the machine to insert the paper, and enough space behind the machine for the laminated sheet to eject. Four "grippy" rubber feet on the bottom of the laminator keep it in place so the machine doesn't slide around on the table. This laminator accepts two standard thicknesses of laminating sheets: 3mil and 5mil. The maximum paper width accepted is about 13 inches, so it will work all the way up to A3-size paper. Included are 10 laminating sheets: (2) 3-3/4 x 2-5/8 inches, (4) 6 x 4-3/8, (2) 7-3/8 x 5-3/8, and (2) 8-1/2 x 6 inches. You'll have to purchase laminating sheets from Amazon if you wish to laminate letter or legal size paper. The power switch is located on the back-right of the laminator, and you can select either 3mil or 5 mil, depending on the thickness of your laminating sheets. The machine takes 3.5 to 4 minutes to heat up before you can use it. Grab a laminating sheet that's AT LEAST 1/4-inch wider and 1/4-inch longer than the paper you want to laminate. Insert the paper between the laminating sheets, then insert the laminating sheets CLOSED-END FIRST. If you attempt to insert an open end, the laminating sheets may separate and damage the machine. The machine laminates about 12 inches length of paper per minute, which was plenty fast for my modest needs. If you need to laminate multiple papers or laminate frequently, you may wish to purchase a higher-end machine that heats up and laminates more quickly. In all my use so far, the laminated output has been perfect, with no bubbles, bends, or kinks. However, when using 3mil sheets, the laminated paper may have a slight curl to it, though I didn't notice any curl when using 5mil sheets. The laminating machine has a built-in manual cutter on top that slices through laminated sheets like a hot knife through butter. However, you may want to practice first cutting a plain sheet of paper, because the first time I used it, I cut the laminating sheet too close to the edge of the paper. Also included is a very handy corner cutter, to produce professional rounded edges on laminated sheets. If the paper gets stuck during laminating, turn off the power, press the "ABS" button, and pull out the sheet. However, I've never had a jam or a need to use this feature.I highly recommend this laminator for occasional laminating needs.

I had a small project that I needed a laminator to do the job right. I ordered this laminator and was able to get it done. I will say, overall this laminator actually saved me time and a headache by having the cutting tool attached on top. It's not the greatest paper cutter, but it's much faster and cleaner than me cutting by hand with scissors (I had a lot to cut).My main complaint with the paper cutter is the clear ruler piece that holds the paper in place while you cut, does not pull open, its attached to the laminator. What happens is if you make thin cuts, the paper gets stuck under the holder and will get in the way of your next cut. I was having to pull up the plastic holding piece and try and get tweezers in there to grab the paper pieces. The plastic piece is really thin and I already can see myself pulling to hard and breaking it.The laminator heats up quickly and has 2 temps to choose from (I went with the lower temp). It pulled the laminating sheet through with no problem and came out the back end well laminated. I then had no problems cutting the laminated pieces on the attached cutter.Overall this worked well for me, but I would say this laminator probably isnt a good choice for medium to high usage. It works ok for small jobs, but in my opinion is overpriced.

This is a nice looking laminator, and I like the feature on the top with the cutting blade so you can neatly trim what you laminate in a straight line. It cuts through laminated sheets easily, although not sure how long the blade will stay that sharp. It's done fine so far. I also like the protractor design on the top so you can cut at angles other than 90 degrees.I put this up beside my name brand laminator, which is a slightly lower price point from this model. I wanted to test the claims made for the Queceuy A3-399 laminator.Based on the two tests I performed below, I would say this laminator does the job as good as my name brand one, but not as quickly as advertised. In summary, I like the cutting feature on this, the ruler/protractor on the top for clean & even cuts, and I like the wide opening to take more than a standard piece of paper. However, this is not as quick to warm up as claimed. Based on my tests with my other laminator, I would have been half way through my 3rd lamination sheet before this fully warmed up. If I were a teacher laminating for a class of 20, it would take me 22.5 minutes vs just over 19 minutes for a similar priced laminator.Admittedly this isn't a huge difference, but this promised to be faster, which it is not. I considered giving 3 stars because the listing is not accurate. But I decided to give this 4 stars because of how it compares to the name brand laminator,**************************************************************************************************Claim #1: This warms up in within 1-2 mins, while comparable ones take 3-4 minutes.Test: From a completely cold start, I turned both on at the same time set for 5 mil thickness & started a timer. Results: My name brand one took 3 mins and 15 seconds to heat up enough for the ready light to come on. This one took 5 minutes and 15 seconds which is 2.5-5X longer than claims & much slower than the competition.Summary: Does not live up to the claim*****************************************************************************************************Claim # 2: This can laminate a 360 mm sheet in 1 minute. Others can only do 250 mm in one minute.Test: I fed a 9" X 11.5" 5 mil Amazon Basics sheet into each laminator & timed how long it took. Results: My name brand took 48 seconds to laminate the sheet. This one took 52 seconds. Looking at the output, each one looked similar in terms of finish.Summary: Does not live up to the claim.
