Exactly what I needed to change the color output on the fog lights of my 22' KLR 650 and they add a little layer of protection.

I am a very serious motorcycle rider, All 7 Continents, and more than 2 Million Miles, so I know how important it is to BE SEEN by other vehicles.I convert all the driving lights, fog lights, aux lighting on all my vehicles, cars, and motorcycles, by installing this YELLOW film directly onto the clear lens of the accessory lighting, and it makes a world of difference. In a sea of white lights...these YELLOW lights will be seen, and it costs almost nothing to change your white lights to yellow. They stick on very easily, can be removed if you really need to, and will last the lifetime of your vehicle.

I was able to apply them pretty easily, but they look a little green with my LED fog lamps

This is a good quality plastic laminate for fog lights. Note that you may need 2 sheets. For my typ driving lights which are oval and about 5 and 5/8ths” at longest dimension, I needed two 4x8” sheets. 4 star rating cause there should be a choice of sizes to minimize waste.

Tried applying to a slightly convex fog light. It won’t go on without bubbles and doesn’t stick well. Also, the tint is not dark enough to make them really yellow - it’s more like a light yellowish hue. Wasted $ and straight to the garbage bin.

I've used Laminex before on headlights/driving lights with good results. This time I needed to cover driving lights & I used a circular template to cut from the sheet. Application was easy-peasy; spray water on the light, peel the backing off & attach to the light. Use a credit card to lightly smooth the film from the center out to squeegee the water & bubbles out to the edges. I also used a heatgun on low heat carefully to finish the process.Great effect on the lights & Laminex will protect from rock chips & other road damage. When the Laminex film becomes pockmarked & dull in a couple of years, peel it off & put new product on. You can't do that with the original glass surface!

Good quality but too pricey, $10 for a 4”x8”.

No dislikes for me with this product. I did the “wet install” by spraying my fog lights with water and it seemed to work really well. Since the light was curved, some bubbles were occurring at the edges but once the water was gone I could slowly get all the bubbles out. Took about 15 minutes to install both sides after measuring the lights and cutting to size with scissors. Thanks!

Used this on 7” KC led lights since they don’t come in a yellow option, nor do they sell a yellow filter (only amber). Easy to install, great instructions, has held up well and makes the lights the exact color of yellow I wanted.

There's enough material for 1 layer on 6 standard light pods. It gives just enough yellow tint to offset the LED blue light reflection & glare in heavy fog. If you want a more dense yellow you can always add another layer. The material is really thick, super flexible and feels heavy duty. Was really easy to apply by starting at one end of removing the backing and pressing with the fingers as the backing was peeled away. It really sticks well but doesn't leave any adhesive residue when pulled off, which is really surprising. I had to wrestle with it a little bit to pull it off and correct the positioning when it was a little crooked but it was not a problem to do that. It has instructions for both wetting the adhesive first but isn't necessary. Am really happy with this.

I got this small rectangular sheet that I would cut into oval type shapes to cover my white fog lights on my tundra. Removal of the actual lamps themselves were a bit of a challenge but not too too difficult, the application of the laminex was a breeze. Mind you the backing where this product adheres to is quite difficult to mark for sizing, I found that even my sharpie would glide and float upon it, making the marking tricky, at any rate, I got this done, cut up and used the wet method. I used this method to have it glide onto the lamp until it was centered, then I grabbed the wife's blowdryer and placed on high aimed at the lamp with the laminex on it. This softened up the product and I was able to form along the slight domed design removing all bubbles. I am really impressed thus far. I wonder if it will hold up and not come undone, if it holds up with the slight wheeling I do, I would say this product is PERFECT, only time will tell, but today, I rate it at 5 stars as its appearance and application is pretty amazing, thanks laminex.
