I got these to cover exposed bulbs that hang down from an antique light fixture. The fixture does not appear to be made for any coverings to go on, and I am not a fan of exposed bulbs (they make me feel like I need to squint, especially as a taller person for whom hanging lights are often at about eye height.) These diffuse the light very nicely without dimming the room.

I wanted replacement shades that would brighten up the room. These were perfect for that. They are white and bright and pop right in to the lightbulbs. They look outstanding too.

These are not top shelf but they are really nice and do the job and updated my light fixture and I would definitely recommend them!

These are nice shades, exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately, one of the clip-ons is glued/painted shut and cannot be opened. Will have to return the entire box and re-order as I do not see any contact information for the vendor.

I have a 6 candle bulb chandelier in my dining room, which was used for many years with bulbs exposed for aesthetics. I was seeking change but did not want to part with this light. I came across these shades and they did not disappoint.Initially, a couple of them sat crooked over the bulb, but with a some manipulation, they are sitting correctly on the bulb, but not sure if that is a design flaw or install error, it's fixed, so all is well.They do a nice job of dimming the harsh glare. However, I do see shadows of the wires through the white shade, but not a deal breaker for me, just a notable mention.They seem to be holding up well and it's been just about over a month.

The shades themselves were nice and I liked the modern look but they were shipped in the original box which arrived rather squished. Four out of six of the lampshades were dented and damaged so they were returned. I chose not to have them replaced though because decided to just spend the $50 on a new hanging light fixture rather than update my old chandelier.
