It’s very difficult for me to figure out how to make it work. Not user friendly.

Not great. The translations are often wrong, and the offline mode barely works.

So far, 2 days, the translator seems to work fine both online and off. It took a few minutes to work through the options, but it seems to have translated relatively simple phrases in French, Italian, and Spanish. I downloaded the offline French package without issue and am as of now, satisfied.The only thing, I am not happy with is there is no company name, logo, model or part numbers or other identifiers on the device. Also, the Autoose brand is not listed on the web, so no customer service is available. For the price, the device is worthwhile.
