This condo is great. It's large, so takes a little time for one person to assemble, but was easy to assemble. It's size is adjustable, and the doors and platforms can be placed wherever you want.A couple of parts weren't there, but customer service sent them out quickly. They were very prompt in responding and taking care of the issue. I highly recommend this product!

The assembly instructions are vague and hard to decipher. The illustrations are not clear. I wanted to make the horizontal configuration, but instructions only showed the vertical. The resulting structure is fragile -- especially around the doors, which are too small to easily insert or remove a good size litter box and very difficult to get into to reach a cat you want to remove. The shelf by the doorway collapsed under the weight of a 6 pound cat. I couldn't find any pan that would fit -- tried two side by side, but they come apart, making it necessary to remove to clean litter that falls in the seam. I regret purchasing this and highly discourage others from it.

My cat constantly escapes from this, it is annoying and horrible. We have no idea how she is escaping, I used zip ties to even lock the doors because she would push the door open..she still escapes. It is hard to put together and the things for cats to climb is more for rabbits it won't hold a 4 month old kittens weight. Biggest waste of $

I have older cats that aren't very rambunctious so the fact that it's lightweight isn't really a problem for me. I do wish that the door latches were the kind that slide in lieu of a small clip and that the zip ties were stronger but both of those I can find better options for. Otherwise, it's pretty basic and adaptable but perhaps a little overpriced for the quality. Still, there aren't a lot of options for larger, changeable pet crates so in the end the purchase was worth it.

We bought this cage to put our three cats in during our home sale process. Our cats are full grown, but not overly large, at 13 lbs, 7 lbs, and 6 lbs respectively. Just prior to our first showing, I went downstairs to check on the cats, and found one cat wandering around outside the cage. I put him back in and zip tied the gate, thinking that would solve the problem. The platforms started to collapse. In addition to this, the cage was very cumbersome to put together (hundreds of zip ties) and was very small for three cats. I threw it out the same day. Not recommended for adult cats. Maybe for kittens? Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Temporarily used it for a 10lb cat. He was laying on one of the shelves & it snapped in half where they welded(?) it together. Many other pieces snapped in the same area with little pressure. 😒
