This is the right size, but when I used the original screws, the thing just pulled right off because the screwholes are too big. So I went and got washers and reattached it so it would work. But after about 6 months, it is tearing. It is MUCH stiffer than the original rubber, so it is harder to get through. Big dogs don't care, but my cat does and they all have to use it. Its stiffness is likely the reason why it is tearing at the top. This is not a good substitute for the original doggie door flap.

Fit is just a bit snug, but during warm weather, it works like a champ. During the winter months, you will need to give the door a nudge with your foot if your dog is too tender to open it on his own, like ours is.

The door is good quality and would normally fit as desired, however the packaging of it caused it to be damaged. The door was folded over and curled up in a plastic package leaving the door bent. I tried to warm the door up with a low heat gun and then put a heavy box over it for and hour but still was unable to get the curl/ crease out of it.

Was very easy to install. Wipes down very easy. I love the quilty of it. It isn't thin and flimsy like others out there. I also love the magnet at the bottom helps the door go right back to being shut when not in use. My sons puppy had destroyed the other one I had. This one I don't see him destroying due to it being thicker and better made.
