I live in a 1977 mobile HomeAbout 20 years ago, I had to change this part out and every local hardware store had them. Well, now the other side had went out not too bad after never being replaced, but nobody and I say nobody carries this part.So I called the plumber came out told me he’d have to take out my fiberglass shower refit the pipes. Change out the faucets. And it would cost me with labor about $5000. Well, I said no.I thought I’d try one last place that I heard about. My daughter had called asked me what I was doing and I was telling her I was looking for this part. Send her a picture picture within three minutes. She found it on Amazon for $15.I put it in myself and I’m an older woman super easy. Works great. And made sure I bought four more.Just like to say Amazon does have great prices on mobile home partsSo if you’re stuck, give them a try. I was gonna take a picture of the item you’re looking for. Scan it and I’ll show you if they have it the exact same modelSuper happy with my choice

I have a 1987 Wick manufactured home. Price-Pfister valves throughout. The hot water shower handle would shoot off if you turned it too far. Worn out. I have been looking for this exact valve and the escutcheon for a long time. Could not find the exact escutcheon on Amazon but a plumbing supply house online had them. So I just got done replacing both the valves and escutcheons in the shower and...great joy. All is well. Hopefully for another 33 years. BTW a professional plumber quoted me big dollars to fix the shower. With these parts I as able to do it myself for not too much money.

These work for older mobile home faucets. Did the job. No more leaks right now. Hopefully this will take care of another 35 years of use.
