I use this for so many things:Find locations on ceilings, wall, floorsMake a reference for mounting shelfs and picturesUsed this to keep my tile lines on pointUsed this to keep my plank floors on pointThis has just been so great! I love the batteries being rechargeable -- they last for 4-6 hours each based on how many lines you are projecting. You get two so I just use this and don't worry about it running out because I can always keep one charged or charging to swap. This allows me to just use it without worry :)Highly recommend.It did help to have a tri-pod I could use with it. I had Vivitar tripod that wasn't heavy duty but also wasn't light duty. This is probably key to using the laser well.

The laser works perfectly for me. I don’t need it everyday but when I do it’s there and it’s very accurate and easy to use.

This works wonderfully. I like the multiple lighting modes and have made use of them. It is a light duty unit, great for casual use. It feels like it would not hold up under daily use nor aggressive environments. I could be wrong.

How did I get along so long without this? Need a straight line anywhere, this will give it to you in a minute. Just imagine that! Had to level a floor, just shoot the line across everything and measure us with a folding ruler. Need to level a ceiling, do the same thing. Need to position a lally column, just shoot a vertical line on it.A nice kit with a nice case. Not the most rugged tool, but fine for occasional use. Owned it for a few months and the battery life is great and it works every time. Over 15 feet it's accurate to perhaps an eighth of an inch...Only problem is that Amazon sent me a used product that was obviously well used. Typical Amazon nonsense and a good reason to shop elsewhere.

Incredibly helpful tool for hanging anything. I used this tool to center lights in my garage and many other projects. Green lights are super bright and work fantastic.

Overall I did like this laser and it seemed like a high quality tool, especially for the price. I wound up returning it for a few reasons. The buttons on the tool and the remote didn't always work, sometimes I had to hit the button two or three times to change settings especially on the remote. The Magnet on the bracket is very weak unless using the mounting plate it comes with or you need to find a very sturdy metallic surface like a metal door, which kind of defeats the purpose...for instance it doesn't work on the corner bead of the wall, whereas other tools I have purchased work well in that location. FANTASTIC laser visibility and distance. I uploaded a pic and the top line is the Alloyman Laser which you can see is a touch brighter than the other. Hard plastic body with metal base. Strong and sturdy carrying case, but bulky. Comes with two lithium ion batteries and battery status meter, which is really great. Ultimately I needed a more compact laser / carry case so I retuned this one. Overall it does seem like a great tool for the price point.

I was pleasantly surprised with this low-cost laser level. It was on sale for $80 (normally $100) and comes with a very nice set of attachments, mounting options and case.The first thing I did was verify its calibration, which was only 1mm off over a 30 ft distance -- which is excellent in my opinion. The laser light is bright enough for interior work, but I could only see it for about 10 feet when outside in the Sun. Outdoors in sunlight is a very hard test for a laser level and this 10 ft distance is perfectly acceptable as far as I am concerned. You don't want to use it for yard-levelling unless you work at night or down/dusk. I guess what I am saying is it is not a $1,000 level so don't expect it to be.The controls are easy to use and intuitive. The laser line itself is thin, about 1mm at 20 feet from the level. This is also good. So I have no issues with this tool and am quite happy with it. It was a good buy.

The first one I purchased was defective, the light was flickering so I had to return it and they sent me a replacement. It was a pretty smooth replacement transaction. Other than that first bad experience, this is really a good tool for the price.It is non-branded, but that's OK - as long as it does the job. Accuracy is good and easy to use, especially with the remote. Quality made - is OK, but not the best - it should be good as long as you don't use it roughly and try to take care of it. It comes in a nice case too.Overall, I'm happy with it and I will recommend this laser leveler especially if you're only using it occasionally. If you are a professional and will be using it A LOT, then I would spend a little more for a more tougher product.
