Do not put this fan in your bedroom because it gets louder and louder as time goes on. It starts slow and quiet and then starts getting louder and louder. There is also a kind of fluctuation in the noise as well that is very distracting. Nightmarish.

Okay, I'm not super proud to admit that we named our fan. If you've seen the movie WALL-E, then you know who EVE is. And yes, we say hi to the fan using the WALL-E voice calling it EVE (said Eeee-vuh). The fan is pretty robotic in how it oscillates not only side-to-side, but up and down as well...and with the smooth lines and color scheme, it kinda looks like her. Pretty cool (see what I did there?) I'd say.We have had this fan running constantly for months since our house has wonky heating and cooling, and really benefits from the air movement this fan provides. Is it quiet? No. Does it move the air? Ooh heck yes. It is really wonderful how it moves the hot air off the ceiling, or warm air off the vents if you want it to. It's really easy to freeze in position or have the full-circle oscillation.I really think this fan is well made! It's solid, the buttons work great, as does the remote. I also really appreciate that the indicator lights come on when you change any of the settings, but turn off after a bit if you have it on your nightstand. This fan really is a workhorse, is a bit loud but really pushes the air, and is really easy to highly recommend. And we'll totally understand if you call here Eeeee-vuh too :)

My last fan kind of left this world at the beginning of summer. We picked up some backyard chickens last year and it turns out that the dust they can kick up devastates electronics. I picked this guy up to replace the old fan, at a time where we also needed to move the coop in the backyard right in front of my window, temporarily. Normally in the summer I’ll run a window ac unit to stay cool, but with the coop right there I worry about exhausting warm air at the already warm chickens. I set up this fan next to the window and with the oscillating motion it’s been doing a much better job than my old fan of keeping the air circulating, while simultaneously being a lot more quiet despite the range of motion. So far it’s sturdy as heck. Construction is mostly plastic but it’s holding up vs the onslaught of dust. The remote is hecka convenient. So far so good, just trying to be mindful and remember to dust it out frequently and take better care of it than my last so it’ll hold me over at least until we can get everything situated and resolve the dust bowl matter.

I would have given this fan a 5 but I purchased it because the photo showed it had a flat plug which I needed to be flush with the wall because I have to plug it in behind my dresser, but it was just a normal plug. It works really well though and I like having the little remote to operate it from my bed.

Very strong but quiet fan that oscillates up and down as well as side ways. Remote control is an added bonus.

I love this fan, it's great for use in the summers when you want to spread the AC into an area that doesn't get enough or to circulate the air as you're tinkering in your workshop! I love the orbital oscillation feature, and it does an exceptional job of moving a ton of air around any room. It's a bit pricey but the feature set is well worth it, and the fan feels durable and well made. I also like that it has a nice little remote which works well. Overall, it's a good package, and should be useful in any home or workshop!
