Its been in for a month now, no leaks or issues. As some other reviewers have mentioned, its a lot easier to install than to remove the old faucet. That said the whole job took 2 hours, but I took my time since Its years between faucet installs! This product is pleasantly robust and solid. Its not clear from the manufacturers information, but there is plenty of length to install on the thickest of countertops. I highly recommend!

It’s a beautiful faucet that we had professionally installed. After 6 months the button broke. Now my water pressure is low which affects the hot water, now I have no hot water. Randomly when I turn on the faucet it will be stuck between the two spray options and makes an awful screeching sound until I push the button. I can’t find any contact info for the seller to ask for a replacement head and Amazon customer service was of no help because I’ve passed the return date.

I needed to replace my kitchen faucet and had no idea what the differences were. I decided to go with a mid range price and was very happy with my purchase. This is a very sturdy and well made faucet and all moving parts are so smooth and solid. It looks like a very expensive faucet. My installer said it was very good quality. I could not be more pleased with my purchase!

Shipped quickly and arrived in good shape. Went in easy and works great! Later had a problem with the nozzle, but customer service responded immediately and replaced the defective part without a fuss. Very pleased!

We like the look of this faucet but it is super restrictive on water pressure, it’s alike a dribble coming out. No linked lines or any install issues. Also, the pull down rinser is plastic. We would return but we threw away the box already.Update: the customer service team is great to work with.

Gold fawcett was a nice aesthetic upgrade to our mini remodel. The only disappointment is the sprayer nozzle. The toggle from spray to stream doesn’t completely close off. The stream setting is half and half which is annoying.
