I had a LOR machine…I really like some of the coffee but you’re limited with that machine as to flavors and availability. I bought the Keurig that has the cream frother built in. I wasn’t crazy about the taste of the coffee and neither was my husband. I did discover that I loved Lavazza brand coffee. It’s better than Starbucks imo. So I bought the Lavazza machine…it is amazing. The coffee has a lot of substance and a clean flavor. It doesn’t have that stale weird k cup capsule flavor but does taste like barista made coffee. This machine has a ton of options and many choices of coffees and flavors. I’m so glad I went ahead and bought this! Well well worth it!

Easy to set up and operate right out of the box. Coffee pods must be Lavazza which don’t seem to be available in local stores but readily available on line.Coffee is rich and smooth, much improved over K-cup brews. Milk drinks are cleverly made in the supplied glass cup, but we weren’t able to get much milk froth using oat milk. Tomorrow morning I”ll try dairy milk as the manufacturer recommends.

It makes really good espresso and I love how it makes cappuccino, late, and macchiato. It makes the drinks look so fancy. It's also very easy to use. I have purchased 3 of these, 2 for myself and one as a gift. I highly recommend this machine if you are a coffee lover.

This is one of the best purchases we have ever made! The design of this coffee machine, which can brew coffee, espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, and lungo, latte, is brilliant—no mess at all! Although we love cappuccinos, our previous machine was difficult to operate, and the frother created a mess. Eventually, it just sat unused on the counter.In contrast, this new machine is incredibly easy to operate, consistently produces perfect cups every time, and is SO EASY TO CLEAN! Surprisingly, I thought I would only use it for the fancy milk-based coffees, but I actually prefer the 8 oz coffee it makes over any other coffee I've had. To me, the milk coffees are a real treat, but my husband has a couple every day and loves them.We did purchase a second glass cup because we use them frequently. Although my husband just drinks his cappuccino out of the glass cup, I prefer to pour it into a mug. It looks just as pretty!We use this product about six times a day and utilize all its features. Every coffee option is delicious, and our guests really enjoy it. We also offer a variety of syrups, cinnamon, and raw sugar for our guests to choose from. Overall, it is fun, tasty, and easy for everyone to use.To use the double shot feature, you must get the LavAzza Gold Selection 2 (50 cents each). There are other options you can try for the single, but we like the LavAzza expert espresso Classico (40 cents each). We buy the pods on Amazon. They are very reasonable.I highly recommend! We have had it now for 3 months and just did our first descale. Super easy directions to follow.

Package arrived with damages to both the amazon box and even worse damage to product box. The machine makes great coffee and milk drinks, very convenient for all users! We spoke with Lavazza, they informed us amazon is not an authorized dealer so be careful if you order from amazon there is no return even if item arrives damaged, they will send you to Lavazza for support. Great machine terrible experience dealing with amazon customer service.

the coffee is very good, the options with dairy (foam) work excellent, and coffee is hot (not super, but as hot as any cup instant brew.) Not trying to sound like a fanboy, but this is a great product and worth the money. Have owned Keurig, Tassimo, and a Nespresso. This Lavazza machine blows them all away. only thing that is a bit of a pain is the cups aren't sold in almost any stores. so don't let your supply run to low before ordering online. Also they coffee is twice the price of cheaper cups. But its also twice as good in my opinion. one other small drawback. it only comes with one cup and lid device to make dairy based drinks. so can't enjoy a cup with someone else unless you buy and additional cup or pour into different cup. And they aren't cheap $70 ish and are almost impossible to get. I ordered one, and two weeks later the seller cancelled order.
