This is a cheap coat hanger and I knew I was taking chances after reading the other reviews, but I figured if there's a screw missing I have spares so no biggie. But unfortunately, It's both G and H pieces that are missing which is the whole structure of the coat hanging rack!I tried to contact the seller to no avail and through Amazon the only option is to return the item.Judging by the parts I did have (I put what I had together to figure out if an exchange made more sense and this is what I got:-Sturdiness: The welding is very poorly made so I don't forsee it being a piece that will last.After all screws are tightened the structure wobbles, a lot! So if you are buying this, please strongly consider securing the top part to the wall. It will NOT stand the weight and most likely tip over. (This is important because I wanted a free standing coat rack so as not to have to make holws on the wall, if you are like me, keep looking for other racks)-Assembly is as easy they come, you won't even need the instructions (Although I always recommend sorting the parts, counting the hardware and reading the manual before assembly)-The metal pieces came scratched, so it is not resistant ro scratches. You will need to be carefull. (I didnt care cause I had plan to paint it a different color)-Some parts were "dinged up" too-In terms of storage it does seems like it can hold at least 4 pairs of adult woman's shoes. So it is spacious if you are a 1 person or 2 person household.-I cannot attest to the functionality much because I wasnt able to fully try it since half of it was not shipped to me.

This came without the black clips for hanging towels or coats. There’s no easy way to contact the seller to have them send the missing pieces (I tried, the link to contact the seller goes to an unpaid GoDaddy domain page). The “wood” is also very cheap on this piece. Glorified cardboard with a printed design on top. Scratches and dents easily. We may replace it with some real, better quality wood. Just not sure how sturdy this piece would be for sitting on FYI, doesn’t appear to be able to hold much weight. I would not buy this piece again, but since I only realized after putting it all together that those pieces were missing, I guess we’re stuck with it :’(

I like its look, it was fairly easy to assemble by one person. HOWEVER one side remains very flimsy and insecure no matter the adjustments made. I'll keep it but Don't recommend.

Love this!!! It’s the greatest for small spaces!!Exactly what I needed it for!!!I did have a bunch of extra screws but whatever!! Lol it’s perfect!!

We like it, however the screws provided did not fit the holes in metal plates. Has to purchase own screws.Also bought metal corners to attach the top to the wall, as it was not stable. Hooks had very thin screws to attach to board, reinforced by glue.

I bought this so my kids had a place to put their backpacks, shoes, masks, etc (other than the floor!) It works really well for organizing and is quite sturdy as well. I felt it was a bit of an eye sore in our home, so I took the coat rack off and now it’s a little softer looking. The shoe Rack is awesome because it can fit snow boots (most can’t). Overall happy with the purchase.

This was an Anniversary gift purchased for our daughter & son in law. They have two school aged children with lots of accessories which = clutter especially in the winter. They assembled it with ease and it fits great behind their front door. We were happy that she can store items and also display framed pictures and Knick knacks on the top shelf. It’s great because it has a top shelf, several hooks, acbench and a shelf below the bench for shoes. Thanks for a fashionable way to store items when you have no hall closet or mud room! If you’re thinking about buying it, go ahead you’ll be glad you did!!!

Bench fits well in the entrance way, pre-drilled holes for the screws were too shallow or in the wrong place. The rack is a bit wobbly but that may be more due to the uneven floor in the entrance way. A couple of medal wall braces would work better than the fabric straps
